Fellowship —
A Diverse Community
Fellowship is defined as a friendly association, especially with people who share one’s interests. Trinity’s members and friends find rich fellowship at the cathedral. Getting to know each other outside of worship truly helps to build community.
Anyone can participate and all are welcome; people of every race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, physical and mental ability, national origin, and economic station—are invited to participate fully in the life of our community. “Full participation in the life of our community” means equal access to all the benefits and responsibilities of church membership, including:
- The Sacraments of Holy Baptism, Eucharist (Holy Communion), Confirmation, Reconciliation, Anointing of the sick, Marriage, and Holy Orders (Ordination).
- Pastoral care
- Religious education and spiritual formation
- Services of worship
- Eligibility for all positions of responsibility and leadership
Whether you’re drawn here by a desire for spiritual growth, a love of music, or a passion for the work of peace and justice, we are glad to have you with us.
Small Groups
Cathedral Circles
Cathedral Circles are are lay-led interest groups meant to create intimate fellowship opportunities through small gatherings. These groups explore a variety of topics and activities.
Gather Together —
Congregational Events
Trinity regularly provides opportunities for the congregation to gather and get to know one another. Sometimes these are events hosted at the cathedral and commons like the monthly Sunday Schmooze, holiday events, and congregational picnics. At other times, these are outings around Cleveland, like museum tours, exhibitions, and community events.
