Downloading mp3 files
To download the mp3 file, click on the link. The file will open in an application such as Real Player, Windows Media Player or Quicktime.

Subscribing using iTunes
Trinity podcasts can be delivered automatically to your desktop and easily transferred to an iPod or other portable device. Popular podcast players include iTunes (Windows/Mac), iPodder (for Windows) (for Mac), or Doppler (Windows only).

To add feeds manually using iTunes, go to "advanced" on the top menu and choose "Subscribe to Podcast." In the window, paste in the desired feed URL and click OK. The feed will now appear in the podcasts main window of your iTunes. Right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac) on the feed and choose "Update podcast" to get the latest podcast segments.

Scheduling: Click on the "podcasts" menu item on the left hand side underneath "Library." Click on the podcast feed you'd like to schedule and click on the "Settings" button on the bottom right of your iTunes.

Under "podcasts" and "check for new episodes" you can set your iTunes to check and download new feeds automatically and schedule it to happen hourly, daily, weekly, etc.

Having trouble viewing images (artwork) in Enhanced podcasts in iTunes?
Try this to display the artwork viewer in iTunes: choose View > Show Artwork. To see the artwork in its own window, click the artwork. You can also use the "view artwork" button at the bottom of your iTunes window (see image below).
