Trinity Cathedral: The Episcopal Church in Downtown Cleveland

Ministry to the World

A Place at the Table
Each Sunday this ministry provides opportunities for Trinity members, and members of other area congregations, to be in community with our homeless brothers and sisters. Every week, cooks and servers offer more than 200 people a light breakfast and hot lunch. Volunteers also offer a voluntary Bible study, one-on-one hospitality, social service programming, and HeARTspace, a program that presents a variety of art activities. Learn more.

Career Management Group
This program provides professional assistance in career assessment and job search methods. This service is for those in the Trinity community and in the Diocese of Ohio who do not have access to traditional outplacement services, or whose service with an outplacement organization has ended.

Community Garden
Trinity's Community Garden is located on Cedar Road between East 35th and East 36th Streets. Garden volunteers plant vegetables, fruits, and herbs that help feed our hungry neighbors every Sunday who come to our A Place at the Table ministry. Flower gardens help brighten a nearby neighborhood. All are welcome, from novice gardeners to experts. Learn more.

Marion Sterling School Project
Trinity supports our local grade school as an active participant in the Marion Sterling Community Partnership (with St. Peter's Church, St. John's AME, and St. Vincent Charity Hospital). Volunteers are needed to tutor students and coordinate Trinity's annual collections of school supplies, clothing, hygiene items and holiday food.

Music & Art at Trinity Cathedral
Music & Art at Trinity Cathedral is a multi-disciplinary community arts organization that produces a free Wednesday Brownbag Concert Series, in addition to creating collaborative arts programs, Medieval Feasts, and residencies throughout the community. Each season, Music & Art at Trinity Cathedral produces or presents over 40 events in the areas of music, dance literature, theatre, and the visual arts. There are numerous volunteer opportunities, ranging from ushering at concerts, cooking and serving food, behind the scenes work and participating in many exciting programs.
