Season Marks Daniel Hathaway's Finale at Trinity Cathedral

CLEVELAND--Trinity Cathedral's traditional Wednesday Brownbag Concerts continue their 30th season on Wednesdays at 12:10 PM. The Spring 2008 season marks Daniel Hathaway's finale as Trinity Cathedral's canon for music, art and worship and artistic director of Music and Performing Arts at Trinity. The spring Brownbag concerts are some of many events scheduled to celebrate his thirty-one years at Trinity and his incomparable legacy to the Cathedral and Cleveland. Brownbag Concerts are free and concertgoers are invited to bring a brownbag lunch or buy one for $4, available at 11:45 am. Trinity Cathedral is located at 2230 Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland; parking adjacent to the Cathedral is available off Prospect. The Highland Ensemble. Bonita Maky, Alicia Tremmel, Luann Casky, James Meyers and Betty Myers offer a rare performance of Amy (Mrs. H.H.A.) Beach's Piano Quintet.

May 21
Trinity Chamber Orchestra, Daniel Hathaway, conducting, Leslie Braidech, viola, Linda Atherton, cello and Elizabeth DeMio, piano. Alan Shulman's Variations for Viola and String Orchestra, Loris Chobanian's Miniatures for Cello and Orchestra, and Sergei Prokofief's Piano Concerto No. 1.
